CAD CAM System: from Gerber Garment Technology USA. Which enable the pattern designs and lay plans to be made accurately and according to customer’s specification. Also having capability of receiving patterns from customers via e-mail.

Fabric Lab: is within the manufacturing unit which can do test required and in-house fabric inspection is also done on a 4 points inspection system.

Cutting Room: having a capacity to cut 150,000 units per month, fully equipped with all type of cutting machines and dye cutting. Also having the capabilities to fuse and number every single part. Cutting room is audited by the Quality Assurance Team and checked on all its lay plans, cutting, numbering and bundling.

Sewing Room: Having a capacity to produce 150,000 units per month, equipped with latest automated equipment. Determined to produce defect free and flaw less product through engineered work places & working in hand with the quality assurance team.

Finishing Room: the finishing room handles pressing, ovening, ticketing, final checking and packing of the garment. A mixture of modern technology and technical experience ensures a well presented garment.
