Production: Our present installation comprising of various modern types of machines can easily produce the following output:

Woven Unit: 50,000 pieces/month of shirts, trousers, shorts, Bermudas, ladies and children dresses.
We have 8 - 10 other affiliated manufacturing units form 60 machines to 120 machines with total capacity of additional 75,000 to 100,000.00 PCs based on basic Men's Shirt.

Knit Unit: 70,000 to 80,000 pieces/month of T-shirts.

Embroidery Unit: 3 x 20 head,Tajima computerized 6-color embroidery machines with a minimum capacity of 3,000 pieces/day of 1,000 stitches.

Screen Printing: Italians 5-color screen printing and curing plant with a minimum capacity of 5,000-6,000 T-shirts.

Minimum Quantity: For Twill, Canvas, Sheeting & Denim Trousers 5,000 - 6,000 pieces per style for knit 500 dz./style.

Recommended Program: Long Term - Big Volume.

Lead Time: 60 to 120 days (from approval depending on the style, fabric, and quantity required). Realizing that time is of the Essence, strict delivery schedules are maintained.

Key fabric used: 100% cotton Twill, Canvas, Sheeting, Single/Double Jersey/Wafle Knit from Pakistan, India, Hong Kong.
